If you like the sound of our Leaf & Petiole Powder but prefer more spice, this product includes 1/3 Rhizome Powder for a 1:1:1 blend. A great balance for your culinary creations, it will add a good amount of green colour from wasabi leaf, nice flavours from petiole and a good amount of spice from rhizome - but not enough to blow your head off. If you want to make Wasabi Ice Cream, this is a tested recipe that we can highly recommend, it will be loved by everyone!

 

If you like a little wasabi spice this can be used instead of matcha to make a refreshing drink.

Suggestion: Add 1/4 tsp ascorbic acid powder (vit C) and 375 mL oat milk to a blender. Then add 1/2 tsp Wasabi Culinary Powder. Blend for 15 seconds. Let stand for 10 minutes. Blend for an aditional 4 seconds then pour into a glass ...enjoy! Note the vitamin C is optional, if you already have enough in your diet just leave in out.

 

Note: While this could be considered a 'whole plant powder' in the sense that it comprises all three plant parts in precise and equal amounts, to maintain sweetness and avoid any bitterness we have not used any flower stem in the product.
