Traditional Wasabi Donburi - 3 types

This is a great video that explores the traditional use of Wasabi Rhizome, in three versions of Donburi (a traditional Japanese dish). Note: If using fish, please be sure to use the freshest sashimi grade, or catch it yourself/ in this video the rhizome is referred to as a root.
