Crafted with our simple Nouveau recipe, this pickled wasabi forgoes the wheat, soy, sugar, and alcohol of our traditional version. Instead, we use the rare sugar 'allulose' to retain a similar flavor whilst keeping wasabi at the forefront. The result is a perfectly balanced pickled wasabi, that even the most sensitive can enjoy. Wasabi flower stems are a seasonal delicacy, even in our controlled facility.
