At under 9cm and with a mild wasabi flavour (more so when chewed), these leaves are an ideal addition to salads, used as garnish or combined with smoked salmon (or trout) for great little wasabi roll ups/ wraps/ canapés ...one of our favourites when a little of our 100% Rhizome Powder (Paste) is added on top. Great for tempura too!
